Directions for Returns:

We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a credit. The date of receipt is determined by the shipping carrier at the time they deliver the package to your ship to address.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind. If the items are returned in good condition, the refund amount is the price paid for the item. Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Additional item fees may apply if the price of the item is different that the original price paid.

When returning merchandise, please include the packing slip in the package. Indicate the reason for return on the packing slip and any other instructions to the fulfillment center.

Once we receive your returned merchandise in good condition, we will credit your credit card account for the approved refund amount.
